Rahul Gandhi, a Member of Parliament from the Congress party, has made a firm promise to prevent any electoral fraud in the upcoming Bihar assembly polls. He maintained his stance on allegations of vote theft.
Gandhi emphasized this commitment on Monday through a post on X, proclaiming, “We pledge – not a single vote will be stolen in Bihar. We will protect democracy and the Constitution with all our might.”
He also expressed gratitude towards prominent opposition leaders representing various parties allied within the INDIA bloc, appreciating their role in making the ‘Voter Adhikaar Yatra’ a significant event.
Gandhi specifically mentioned, “Heartfelt thanks to Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Dipankar Bhattacharya, Mukesh Sahni, Bihar Congress leadership, the Congress’s Babbar Sher, INDIA workers, and the youth of the state for making the Bihar Voter Adhikaar Yatra historic.”
During an interview with ANI, Gandhi highlighted the widespread impact of the slogan “Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhodd,” suggesting its reach extended internationally, “It has now reached China,” he stated.
