A protest in Ghazipur involving BJP workers resulted in a violent clash with police, leading to the death of a BJP worker named Siyaram. The incident prompted immediate action, with the designated ACP of the area suspending six police officers. Those suspended include the SHO of Nonhara, a Sub-Inspector, a Head Constable, and three Constables. Further disciplinary measures were taken against two SIs and three Constables present at the police outpost during the event. The case is now under investigation by a Magistrate, and a postmortem examination of Siyaram’s body is underway.
