Gitanjali Angmo Seeks Supreme Court Intervention in Sonam Wangchuk’s Case

Gitanjali Angmo, wife of Sonam Wangchuk, has filed a plea in the Supreme Court contesting his arrest. She is calling for the release of Sonam Wangchuk. The environmentalist was detained after violent clashes occurred in Ladakh on September 24th and has been held in Jodhpur jail in Rajasthan. This legal action was taken on October 2nd, as per official reports.
