Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s Lucknow residence hosted the ‘Godaan’ team for a trailer unveiling, celebrating cow protection amid India’s timeless traditions. Director-producer Vinod Chaudhary detailed the film’s ethos: honoring gomata, cultural depth, and panchgavya science, hitting screens February 6.
Chaudhary spotlighted UP’s achievements under Yogi—smuggler busts galore, 7,500+ goshalas, 1.2M+ cattle sheltered, district panels led by top officials. ‘Yogi leads by example in our shared duty,’ he said, invoking Kamdhenu’s myth to underscore cows’ civilizational role.
Addressing generational lapse, Chaudhary warned against abandoning aging cows, deeming it a societal failure. ‘Godaan’ counters with science: cow therapy yields peace, BP control, healing—framed as positive transformation tool.
The session drew Shantanu Shukla, Dr. Kapil Tyagi, Naval Kishore. Pushing for tax waivers, Chaudhary called it imperative for youth and families to absorb its universal message.
Goseva chief Shyam Bihari Gupta hailed Yogi’s pioneering welfare ecosystem, positioning ‘Godaan’ as family entertainment awakening cow veneration. As cultural narratives evolve, this film emerges as a clarion call for ethical stewardship.
