Handwara police have undertaken another step in their campaign to eradicate the terrorist network in Kashmir. The police confiscated the property of a terrorist operative in Palpora village, Kralgund. Investigations into a case filed at the Kralgund Police Station revealed that Nazir Ahmad Gani, a member of JKNOP, who is currently based in POK and conducting terrorist activities from there, was also actively involved in directing and managing terrorist operations in Handwara. Following this, the process of confiscating Nazir’s property was initiated, and after complying with legal requirements, Nazir Ahmad Gani’s land in Palpora village was seized in the presence of police and revenue officials. The Handwara police are strictly addressing those involved in anti-national activities. This operation aims to dismantle structures that support terrorist organizations, prevent individuals from engaging in unlawful activities, and bolster the efforts to maintain peace and order within the district.
