During a meeting, Dr. S. Jaishankar, India’s External Affairs Minister, reiterated India’s policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism. He expects all partners to align with this stance. Jaishankar acknowledged the UK’s strong condemnation of the Pahalgam terrorist attack and its support for India’s efforts against terrorism. He firmly stated that India will never allow perpetrators of evil to be considered equal to their victims. Additionally, he highlighted the India-UK FTA and Double Contribution Convention, emphasizing their importance in fostering trade, investment, and strategic relations, as well as in enhancing supply and value chains.
