Businessman Robbed of 30 Lakh Rupees in Jamshedpur

A shocking daylight robbery has occurred in Jamshedpur’s Bistupur area, where a businessman was robbed of 30 lakh rupees. The victim, Saket Agarwal, was targeted by assailants near a Gurudwara while he was en route to the bank to deposit the funds. The criminals, traveling on motorcycles and in an Innova, confronted Agarwal, displaying weapons before seizing the bag containing the substantial sum. The criminals also fired shots in the air before escaping. The incident has caused widespread panic among the local residents. Police authorities, including City SP Kumar Shivashish and DSP Manoj Thakur, promptly arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation. They are examining CCTV footage and have established a special team to track down the perpetrators. This follows an earlier incident where a jewelry shop was robbed in the Sonari area.
