Chief Minister Hemant Soren met with Bank of India GM Guru Prasad Gaunk, GM Deep Sher and AGM Ajay Pandey today. During this occasion, information regarding the government salary package that will be discussed with the state government on 23 December 2025 was provided. The chief minister said that our government is providing all necessary facilities and conveniences to allow state employees to work in a better environment. In the same vein, the state employees and their families’ safety is being ensured by implementing plans such as the salary package with the banks. It is known that there will be an MOA between the state government and Bank of India regarding the government salary package. Under this government salary package, state employees, retirees and contract workers whose salary accounts are with Bank of India will benefit from accident insurance and various banking facilities.
