Defense Minister Rajnath Singh Pays Homage to Shibu Soren, Highlights Loss to Tribal Community

In Ramgarh, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh visited the ancestral village of the late Shibu Soren to pay his respects, offering flowers at his photograph. Singh acknowledged the passing of ‘Dishom Guru’ Shibu Soren as an irreplaceable loss. Through a post on social media, he conveyed that the tribal community had suffered a significant loss with the demise of Dishom Guru, following the legacy of Lord Birsa Munda. Singh recalled his numerous interactions with Dishom Guru, appreciating his approachability, simplicity, and dedication. He lamented that the people of Jharkhand have not only lost a beloved leader but also a guiding figure. The Defense Minister also met with Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and his family to offer his condolences and wish them strength. Former Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey, along with MP Pappu Yadav and former Rajya Sabha MP RK Anand, also attended the ceremony, offering floral tributes and expressing their sympathies to Chief Minister Hemant Soren and his family.
