A significant infrastructure project has been announced for Deoghar, with plans to build a road connecting it to Madhupur. The initiative, valued at 20 crore, will involve constructing a 28 km stretch. The route will include Mohanpur Ghat. The Road Construction Department has finalized the tender process. While the tender will be awarded soon, the actual construction will begin after the monsoon season. The current road is in a dilapidated state, causing hardship for those traveling on the route. During the rainy season, the road becomes particularly challenging to navigate. This new road will significantly improve the ease of travel for people commuting between Deoghar and Madhupur.
