Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Ram Niwas Yadav, a ‘Janata Darbar’ (Public Grievance Session) was successfully conducted, leading to immediate resolutions for many citizens. Ashutosh Thakur, the Deputy Collector of the District Nazarat, facilitated the session, engaging with numerous residents who brought forward their diverse personal and societal challenges. The primary objective was to ensure prompt problem-solving, and many grievances were indeed settled on the spot during the gathering. Applications detailing issues such as land disputes, problems with the ‘Maiya Samman Yojana’, applications for tricycles for the disabled, land mutation requests, and matters concerning the health department, pensions, and ration supply were heard. Additionally, concerns about land acquisition, drinking water availability, the ‘Abua Awas Yojana’, and educational services were also raised. Thakur emphasized a sensitive and serious approach to each applicant’s problem, mandating immediate action from the concerned departmental officials for all forwarded applications.
