Saraswati Kumari, a teenager, was murdered by stabbing in Kumang village, under the jurisdiction of Tapkara police station. Premchand Sahu, from Malgo village, is alleged to have committed the crime and subsequently escaped. The incident prompted a call to the 108 ambulance service. Despite immediate medical attention at a referral hospital, Saraswati Kumari could not be saved. Authorities from Tapkara police station are investigating the case.
