Tragedy struck the Gua iron ore mine in West Singhbhum on Thursday when a large water tanker overturned, critically injuring a SAIL employee and the driver. The incident happened around midday at a difficult turn within the mine premises. The 50-ton capacity vehicle reportedly became unstable on an incline, leading to the devastating crash. Sources indicate the driver was unable to manage the heavy load on the slope, causing the tanker to flip. The cabin sustained significant damage, trapping the worker.
