Chief Minister Hemant Soren is currently in his ancestral village of Ramgarh, where he is fulfilling his duties as a son while also carrying out his governmental responsibilities. He is participating in the local customs and traditions associated with the श्राद्ध कर्म (shraddha) of his late father, Dishom Guru Shibu Soren. Simultaneously, he remains fully engaged in the development and administrative activities of the state. He is making decisions on important files and proposals and staying connected with officers through phone and video conferencing, all while residing in the simple environment of the village.
