Jamshedpur Gears Up: Tata Steel Marathon Route & Jersey Revealed

Excitement is building for the upcoming 10th Tata Steel Jamshedpur Half Marathon, scheduled for November 30th at the iconic JRD Tata Sports Complex. The Sports Department of Tata Steel has officially revealed the official event jersey and the precise route maps for each race category. Dignitaries present at the jersey and route map launch included D.B. Sundara Ramam, Vice President of Corporate Services, and Mukul Vinayak Choudhary, Chief Sports. This highly anticipated annual event will include a 21-kilometer half marathon, along with 10k, 5k, and 2k participation runs, each with its clearly defined path. Vice President Ramam praised the city’s vibrant fitness culture and the growing participation in marathons, highlighting the event’s role in fostering community spirit and well-being. Under the inspiring theme ‘Run for Jamshedpur from the Heart,’ participants are competing for a substantial total prize money of Rs. 29.2 lakh, with awards for excellence in every category.
