Tragedy struck the Jharkhand Armed Police (JAP-2) unit in Ranchi as one of its jawans, Shiv Poojan Rajwar, reportedly took his own life. The incident occurred on Thursday morning at the displaced persons’ building in Kute, under the Jagannathpur police station. Rajwar, originally from Petarwar in Bokaro, was discovered deceased by hanging. Local police from Jagannathpur were immediately dispatched to the site and have begun a comprehensive inquiry into the matter. The body has been sent for forensic analysis and post-mortem. Authorities, including City SP Paras Rana and the FSL team, are actively investigating the site to uncover any clues regarding the motive behind this unfortunate suicide. The cause of death is not yet confirmed.
