A hearing took place in the Jharkhand High Court regarding a petition that contested the normalization method used in assistant professor appointments. The court issued a directive to the JSSC, mandating the reservation of 100 positions for para teachers and 14 for non-para teachers. The JSSC was also told to provide explicit instructions from the commission by the next hearing. Justice Deepak Roshan presided over the case. The next hearing in this matter is scheduled for August 5.
