The Jharkhand High Court has received an affidavit from the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) outlining the timeline for the release of results for the Assistant Acharya exam. The results for the mathematics and science sections of the Preliminary School Trained Assistant Acharya Joint Competitive Examination are slated for release in the second week of July. The social science results are expected in the third or fourth week of July. The court, led by Chief Justice MS Ramachandra Rao and Justice Rajesh Shankar, had previously expressed concern over the progress of the examination and demanded a detailed report with specific deadlines. This followed a public interest litigation filed by the well-known economist Jean Dreze.
