Following a weather forecast predicting intense and continuous heavy rainfall in the East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand over the next 24 hours, authorities have decided to close schools. All schools, including government, private, and minority institutions, up to the 12th grade, will be closed on July 10th. The decision, announced by the District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi, is aimed at safeguarding the well-being of students and the general public. The administration has emphasized the importance of adhering to the order and will take appropriate action against those who fail to comply. Online classes are encouraged to ensure that students’ studies are not disrupted. The district administration is closely monitoring the situation and will issue further directives as needed.
