A group of 100th Foundation Course trainee officers arrived in Koderma district on Monday, participating in the Field Study and Research Program from the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. Deputy Commissioner Rituraj formally welcomed the visiting officers, signifying the district’s readiness to support their academic endeavors. An introductory meeting was convened under the Deputy Commissioner’s leadership to provide a comprehensive overview of the district. Presentations covered significant schemes, developmental initiatives, and public welfare projects undertaken by various departments, aimed at facilitating the officers’ field study and research objectives. Attendees offered in-depth insights into the district’s administrative framework, natural resources, economic landscape, and the practicalities of program execution. The Deputy Commissioner urged the trainees to leverage the opportunity for hands-on learning about administrative processes and local challenges. A distinguished group of officials, including the Superintendent of Police and heads of key departments like Rural Development, Revenue, Transport, and Supply, were in attendance.
