The annual Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath saw a vibrant display of devotion, as the deities, including Lord Jagannath, his brother Balabhadra, and sister Subhadra, made their way back to the main temple after their stay at Mausibadi. Despite heavy rainfall, thousands of devotees participated in the procession, pulling the chariots with fervor. The temple grounds echoed with the chants of ‘Jai Jagannath’ as the procession moved through the streets. Prominent personalities also took part in the event, further amplifying the festive atmosphere. Upon reaching the temple, traditional rituals were performed, marking the end of the journey and celebrating the deities’ return.
