A group of 100th Foundation Course officers from the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie arrived in Koderma district on Monday to commence their field study and research program. Deputy Commissioner Rituraj formally welcomed the aspiring civil servants. A pivotal introductory meeting was convened, presided over by the Deputy Commissioner, to provide the trainees with essential insights. The session focused on detailing the district’s principal initiatives, developmental projects, and citizen-centric programs managed by different government departments. This initiative is designed to facilitate a thorough and impactful field study for the officers. Local officials elaborated on the district’s administrative framework, its natural endowments, demographic and economic landscape, and the execution strategies for ongoing schemes. The Deputy Commissioner urged the trainees to leverage this opportunity for hands-on learning about administrative processes and the specific challenges faced within the district. A distinguished gathering of senior officers, including the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-divisional Officer, and various district department heads, were present to support the program.
