A resident’s persistent efforts to get his land mutated finally bore fruit in the Janata Darbar of Ranchi’s Deputy Commissioner. Srikant Tiwari, who retired from the Pollution Control Board, had been seeking mutation for his 07-decimal land in Tupuudana Mouza, under Namkum Anchal, since 2012. His plea reached Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri, who, after reviewing the documents, immediately directed the Namkum Anchal Officer via phone to carry out the mutation. This action resulted in the completion of the mutation within a mere 10 minutes. An emotional Mr. Tiwari expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri for their assistance, marking the end of a lengthy bureaucratic ordeal.
