In a first for Ranchi, a unique five-story building is under construction using a modern, alternative technique. The building, situated in Morabadi, is constructed primarily of steel and iron components, including beams, columns, and fasteners, rather than the conventional bricks, sand, and cement. This approach not only promises greater resilience against natural calamities but also offers the unique advantage of being easily relocated. The structure is slated to become a four-star hotel, featuring a banquet hall in the basement, a conference hall on the first floor, and guest rooms on the upper levels.
