In an act of profound kindness, a couple in West Singhbhum has stepped forward to adopt a newborn found abandoned in Goilkera. The infant was discovered crying early Saturday morning in a bushy area near Machhua Toli, adjacent to the Girls School. Locals believe the baby was left by its mother near a banyan tree. Hearing the distressed cries, residents quickly gathered, located the infant, and brought it to safety. Ramesh Bhuiyan and his wife, Sujata Bhuiyan, residents of the area, embraced the opportunity to provide a loving home, deciding to raise the child. The baby is thought to have been left overnight, possibly on Friday. The family is now looking after the child’s needs, and authorities have been notified. The search for the biological mother continues, but no leads have emerged.
