A disturbing incident unfolded in Hazaribag’s Amrit Nagar, where the wife and daughter-in-law of BJP State President Babulal Marandi were reportedly subjected to misbehavior. The incident, which occurred on Thursday night, has led to an FIR being filed at the Muffasil police station. Preeti Kisku, the daughter-in-law, was traveling with her mother-in-law when the altercation with members of the Amrit Nagar committee took place. The committee members allegedly mistreated the women, and the driver was subsequently beaten when he intervened. Police officers were present during the event. Following the incident, Preeti Kisku sought legal action against the accused. Inspector General Sunil Bhaskar has issued directives to the Hazaribag SP, mandating the arrest and prosecution of those involved. The investigation into the matter is currently ongoing.
