A devastating event unfolded in Baksapur village, Jariagarh, Khunti, where a mother and her young son perished due to a wild elephant raid on their residence. The incident happened on Wednesday night, around 1:00 AM. The structure of their home was destroyed, leading to Etwari Barla, 28, and her four-year-old son, Tulsi Barla, being trapped and fatally injured by the collapsing debris. The village community is in deep sorrow following the loss.
