Maganti Gopinath, a prominent BRS leader and MLA representing Jubilee Hills, has died. He was 63 years old. Gopinath passed away in the early hours of Sunday at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He was admitted to AIG Hospital on June 5 due to a heart attack and was in the ICU. The hospital announced his death at 5:45 AM on June 8. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy offered his condolences, expressing shock over the loss. Former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) also mourned the death, calling it a major loss for the BRS party. KTR, the BRS Working President, remembered Gopinath’s contributions. BRS MLC Sravan Dasoju also offered his condolences, emphasizing Gopinath’s commitment to public service. Gopinath had served as the Jubilee Hills MLA for three terms.
