As soon as the information was received, the health department employees and the family members of the deceased reached the police station and created a ruckus. A mob of hundreds of people pelted stones at the police station and also vandalized vehicles parked in the premises. After the incident, Minister Ramvichar Netam has released a video appealing to the people to maintain peace, while PCC Chief Deepak Baij has made a sharp attack on the government and demanded a high-level investigation. Here the father of the deceased has called the police to the police station and accused him of assault.

Regarding this incident in Balrampur, regional MLA and Minister Ramvichar Netam has appealed to the people to maintain peace and assured action against the culprits. He said that, it is a matter of great sadness for the family members of my area that we have received the news of the sudden demise of our beloved Guru Mandal. This death is suspicious, hence people want that this incident should be properly investigated with complete transparency and strict action should be taken against the culprits. I would like to request you to cooperate fully in this investigation and maintain complete peace and order. Work with patience.

Minister Ramvichar Netam said that even the biggest officer will not be spared if he is guilty. We have immediately talked to the Superintendent of Police and the Collector there about this matter and have also given instructions that the guilty police station in-charge should be suspended immediately, so that the investigation can be done properly. I would like to urge you again that till the PM report comes, you should maintain patience, exercise patience and do not take the law into your hands in any way, this government is your government.
