CG News: Prateek Chauhan. Raipur. There is news of preparation of list before Diwali of Patwaris who have been employed for 5 to 15 years (or more) in Raipur Tehsil. According to sources, they may be transferred soon. But meanwhile an order has been issued from the office of Commissioner Land Records Navaraipur.
This order has been issued to all the collectors. In which instructions have been given to update the original Khasra and acreage entries as per the rights record within 15 days.
In the order issued from the Office of the Commissioner of Land Records, it has been said that the option of basic acreage entry (as per rights records) has been given under the management menu in Bhuiyan software. According to the rights record, earlier instructions were also given to enter the original Khasras and their original area through the concerned Patwari ID. But till the order is issued it has not been completed by any Halka Patwari.
Due to which there will be technical difficulty in using Bhuiya software. This is why instructions have now been given to do it within 15 days.
What effect will this have on people?
After this updation, information about bogus land or bogus area which has increased in the accounts will become automatic. This will provide relief from fraud in the land registry and the government will also reduce cases in the court process. Probably this is the reason why neither the officials nor the Patwaris at the tehsil level are interested in repairing it. Because after this, people who are defrauding people by tampering with government documents will be stopped, but the shops of those doing illegal work will also be closed, which will be a big blow to their upper income.
