Raipur. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra has expressed displeasure over the slow pace of STP work and reprimanded the Smart City contractors.
In fact, a review meeting of the works was held by calling the contracted contractors of various important development schemes along with the officials of Raipur Smart City Limited. Contracted contractors of important work plans of Smart City were present in it. The Corporation Commissioner expressed his displeasure over the extremely slow pace of construction work of 3 MLD STP in Maharajband pond, 1-1 MLD STP in Naraiya pond and Kho-Kho pond.
He reprimanded the concerned contracted agency Samridhi Water Works and directed the contracted contractor to complete the work of STP in all three ponds on priority basis. Apart from this, he also directed to monitor the 24-hour drinking water supply, Shastri Market, Mutton Market and other related work plans and complete them within the stipulated time frame.
