Raipur. National farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has reached Chhattisgarh today. Tikait left for Kondagaon directly from Raipur airport, where he will attend the farmers’ conference to be held in Bijapur on Thursday. During this, Tikait attacked the government over the cutting of lakhs of trees in Hasdev forest.
Tikait said, why can’t a person go to Bastar? People should join the mainstream of the society. There has been news of farmers being unfairly targeted in Bastar. Because of this, I am going to meet the farmers.
