Sanjeev Sharma, Kondagaon. A case of gang rape of a girl has come to light in Keshkal police station area of the district. Five brutes have made the girl a victim of their lust. The victim has complained about the case after 20 days. After registering an FIR in the case, the police have arrested the five accused who committed the crime of gang rape.
According to the information, on the evening of August 9, the girl had come out of the house to get a sewing machine, when five youths gang-raped her. But due to fear of defamation, the victim and her family did not file a report. However, on August 29, the victim and her family reached Keshkal police station and informed about the incident, after which the police took immediate action and registered a crime against the accused under section 70, 351 (3) of BNS and started investigation. At the same time, within a few hours of filing the report, a joint team of Kondagaon Cyber Cell and Keshkal Police arrested the accused. At present, the accused are being interrogated. Keshkal Police can reveal the entire matter today by holding a press conference.
