Satya Rajput, Raipur. The Collector has issued orders to all the organizations protesting at the protest site located in Naya Raipur Tuta to vacate the protest site. In the letter, it has been said to vacate the protest site immediately due to code of conduct and construction work. The protesters have opposed this order and said that they will not move from here until our demands are met. Construction work can be done even in our presence. As far as code of conduct is concerned, it is applicable only in Raipur South region. There is no code of conduct in Naya Raipur.

It is written in the order letter that a new protest site has been declared in village Tuta in front of Rajyotsav ground in Raipur. Taps, doors were vandalized, electrical cables and lights were stolen at the protest site. Due to this, people protesting for their demands have to face a lot of problems. In view of this, correspondence has been made with Nava Raipur Atal Urban Development Authority to carry out necessary construction and improvement work at the protest site.

Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran has requested to vacate the protest site before carrying out construction and improvement work at the protest site. At present no one has been given permission by this office to protest. Therefore, regarding the model code of conduct and construction and improvement work at the protest site, it is directed to end the protest organized by you and your union today itself and ensure that the protest site is immediately vacated.

Will not follow dictatorial orders: Computer Operators Association

Our indefinite strike is going on for the last 31 days. We will continue the strike until our demands are met. It is such a big campus. Repair work can be done easily. There will be no problem anywhere. If the order talks about code of conduct, there is no code of conduct at the protest site. The way we have received information. The code of conduct is the same wherever there are elections. There is a by-election in Raipur South and the code of conduct is applicable there.

Will not move from the protest site: D.Ed B.Ed union

Meanwhile, President of D.Ed. B.Ed Association, Daud Khan said, thousands of youth across the state are on an indefinite strike demanding recruitment of 33 thousand teachers, but this is a conspiracy to end the strike. We oppose this. We will not move from the protest site or we should be given some other place to protest. Will not end the protest, arrangements for light, electricity, water, toilets and boundary wall have to be made, the place of which is separate. There is no problem in repairing with Dharna. Repair work can be done while we are there.

B.Ed candidates said, we have been fighting for our rights for the last two years. The decision of the Supreme Court and the High Court is that we should be given jobs, but no decision has been taken yet. We are on indefinite strike to follow the court order. We will not move until our demands are met. The washroom is in bad condition. There is no problem in repairing it. The barricade is broken, repair work can be done in our presence.

Raipur Collector Gaurav Kumar Singh said, if anything has to be repaired then it will have to be evacuated there. The work there will be done only when the protesters leave.
