In response to the catastrophic floods in Punjab, the government has launched a relief effort. A medical team from AIIMS, New Delhi, led by Director Professor M. Srinivas and Medical Superintendent Dr. Nirupam Madan, arrived to assess the health of flood victims. Their examinations focused on identifying and treating common health issues such as fever, coughs, and skin infections.
