Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that Operation Sindoor signifies a new era in India’s defense policy, ensuring that no adversary will escape retribution. Speaking at a function in Gaya, Bihar, Modi stated that India has demonstrated its resolve to punish those who threaten its security. He mentioned that the country’s missiles will target and eliminate terrorists, no matter where they hide. Modi reminisced about his initial visit to the state after the Pahalgam terror attack. He underscored the role of Bihar in Indian history. Highlighting the country’s response to Pakistan’s missile attacks, he said that India thwarted Pakistan’s efforts. The Prime Minister also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various development projects in Bihar, totaling Rs 13,000 crore, reflecting the government’s dedication to development. He noted the inauguration of a hospital and research center, enhancing healthcare services, and also discussed the PM-Awas Yojana, distributing keys to beneficiaries and reiterating the commitment to provide homes to the underprivileged.
