Modi asked her to offer water from the Sarayu and the Mahakumbh to the Ganga Dhara. He noted Bissessar’s prior visit to her ancestral village in Buxar, Bihar. Modi also mentioned he had brought water from the Mahakumbh. Addressing the audience, many with Bihari ancestry, Modi highlighted Bihar’s global significance in various fields centuries ago. He also discussed the Girmitiya community’s history and announced initiatives to honor them. Modi expressed optimism about Bihar’s future and commended the Indian diaspora in Trinidad and Tobago for preserving Indian culture, describing their journey as one of courage and resilience.
