The court is looking into the complaint filed by Modi. Modi, a member of the prominent Modi business family and the youngest son of the late industrialist KK Modi, was arrested at the airport following an LOC. The arrest stems from allegations of rape, with the initial complaint filed on September 10, 2025, by a woman who stated a relationship with Modi since 2019.
