Regions like Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh are expected to experience consistent showers throughout the week. Specific rainfall durations are forecast for Madhya Pradesh (July 14-18), Chhattisgarh (July 16-18), West Bengal and Sikkim (July 14-15), Bihar (July 15-17), and Jharkhand and Odisha (July 14-15). Moreover, isolated heavy rainfall is expected in Tamil Nadu (July 15-18), Kerala & Mahe, Coastal Karnataka (July 14-18), and South Interior Karnataka (July 15-18), due to western disturbances and cyclonic circulations.
