MP’s Sister Accuses In-laws of Filming Her in Bathroom and Subsequent Assault

Reena Singh stated that while she was bathing in her bathroom on Sunday afternoon, her father-in-law and brother-in-law attempted to record a video of her through the window. Upon protesting, she says they began to verbally abuse her, followed by physical assault. The father-in-law allegedly attacked her with a stick and threatened her life. Reena Singh further claims her father-in-law, Lakshman Singh, brandished his licensed rifle, threatening to shoot her. She also alleges that her brother-in-law attacked her with a sharp knife and a metal rod, resulting in injuries to her hand. Since the alleged attacks, Reena Singh reports receiving constant threats.
