The NIA court issued six separate rulings this month. According to the rulings, the properties and bank accounts in question belonged to several entities, including the Trivandrum Education Trust, Haritham Foundation Poovanchira, Periyar Valley Charitable Trust Aluva, Valluvanad Trust Palakkad, Chandragiri Charitable Trust in Kasaragod, and the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) in New Delhi. During the investigation, the NIA claimed that the PFI was conducting weapons training at the Periyar Valley complex and Valluvanad House.
