Delhi Police and the immigration department intervened to rescue an 18-year-old Rajasthan woman at Indira Gandhi International Airport, preventing her departure to Oman. The woman’s alleged boyfriend had allegedly orchestrated a trafficking scheme. A man named Mohammed Islam, 35, befriended the woman online, promising her a lavish lifestyle in Muscat. He facilitated her passport acquisition and flight booking. The woman departed from Churu with a significant amount of cash and jewelry, without notifying her family. After her family reported her missing, the police discovered her location at the airport. With the help of the embassy and Delhi Police, the Churu police rescued the woman minutes before her scheduled flight.
