Chief Guest President Droupadi Murmu will preside, joined by special guest Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal. Guiding the event are CEC Gyanesh Kumar, EC Dr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu, and EC Dr. Vivek Joshi.
