The roar of engines echoed through Bhopal as Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav sent off 25 intrepid women bikers on the Queens on the Wheel 3.0 campaign – a 1400km pilgrimage to broadcast the state’s storied past and tourist delights far and wide.
As a tourism powerhouse, Madhya Pradesh’s allure lies in its diverse offerings, from sacred stupas to sprawling national parks. This third edition elevates the narrative, fusing high-octane biking with cultural evangelism and gender empowerment. The riders, gathered from every nook of India, departed the CM’s residence amid cheers, poised for a seven-day saga.
Addressing the enthusiastic group, Yadav described MP as ‘the nation’s core – wondrous, extraordinary, and a bastion for women’s security.’ Their path carves through timeless landmarks: Bhopal to Sanchi, Udaygiri’s caverns, Chanderi’s weaves, Shivpuri trails, Kuno’s beasts, Gwalior’s ramparts, Orchha’s palaces, Khajuraho’s artistry, looping home on March 13.
Pulsing with excitement and readiness, these queens of the road will boost visitor footfalls and spotlight progressive values. Queens on the Wheel isn’t just a rally; it’s a revolution on wheels, heralding Madhya Pradesh’s timeless charm and tomorrow’s empowered women.
