State Minister Santosh Suman set the tone for Bihar’s Rajya Sabha showdown, predicting an unchallenged NDA triumph over all five seats. His comments to journalists in Gaya highlighted the coalition’s unassailable legislative edge.
Confident and categorical, Suman stated, “Our majority seals the deal – five seats, all NDA. We’ll name our fighters shortly.” This comes as both camps withhold candidate lists, with buzz around Mahagathbandhan possibly nominating RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav.
Turning to pressing overseas issues, Suman outlined the Centre’s response to Indians in peril from Iran-Israel clashes. Following PM Modi’s strategy session, talks and flights are underway for rapid rescues. “Mirroring our Ukraine triumph, all will be home safe in 2-4 days. No worry for Bihar kin,” he comforted.
The minister decried the tensions spilling over to involve the US as lamentable.
Concluding on a high note for Holika Dahan, he invoked its profound symbolism of truth’s ascendancy. “Warm wishes for joy, peace, wealth, and uplifting vibes this holy eve,” Suman extended.
