During the SCO foreign ministers’ meeting in Beijing, Dr. S. Jaishankar, the Indian External Affairs Minister, met with President Xi Jinping. This encounter represents Jaishankar’s first visit to Beijing in six years. Jaishankar shared well wishes from President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Minister also discussed the progress of bilateral relations with President Xi, emphasizing the value of leadership guidance in strengthening ties.
