The high-level review covered health, schooling, water management, city infrastructure, jobs, industries, and civic improvements, with officials tasked to resolve delays decisively.
Health progress shines: 40 roles filled at the 100-bed unit, including critical medical staff. The 300-bed hospital gears for May 2027 launch, staff approved upfront. Irrigation milestones—Rs 550 crore Chanderi project by June 2026; Rs 1,572 crore Rajghat scheme for 812 villages by December 2026.
Employment highlight: the call center, district’s ‘Navratna,’ supports 505 jobs, expanding to 1,000 seats in a new private-built structure near Maruti showroom. Transport Nagar relocation deadlines assigned to the collector.
In press remarks, Sindhia detailed aesthetic and functional upgrades: three-phase Rs 45 crore sports complex; Rs 40 crore for Tulsi Sarovar and themed boulevards. Connectivity boosts include 55-km Shadora-Karila Mata road (December 2026) and 81-km Purwai-Mungawli-Chanderi link (June 2026).
