As the investigation into the alleged mass burial in Dharmasthala unfolds, the SIT is focusing on ‘Maskman’ Chinnaiah’s actions. The SIT accompanied Chinnaiah to Bengaluru to examine three places he visited at the start of the year. These visits are thought to be tied to his planning. A significant location is a rented house in Mallasandra, linked to T Jayanth, an individual connected to Mahesh Shetty Timmarodi of Dakshina Kannada. Chinnaiah stayed at this house in April, which led to an SIT investigation. Jayanth’s family currently lives there. According to reports, this house was where Chinnaiah first brought the skull before it was given to the SIT. Chinnaiah and Jayanth then went to Delhi with the objective of taking the matter to the Supreme Court.
