The airline is taking steps to rectify the problem and suggested alternative communication channels. Simultaneously, a cosmetic window frame on a SpiceJet Q400 aircraft became loose during a flight. The airline confirmed that the window frame was a non-essential component and posed no risk to passengers or the aircraft’s structural integrity. The airline highlighted that cabin pressurization remained unaffected, and the frame was promptly repaired upon landing, adhering to standard maintenance procedures.
