A journey home turned deadly for an Army soldier on the Sabarmati Express, resulting in his death due to a dispute over a simple bedsheet. Jignesh Chaudhary, a soldier stationed in Udhampur, was traveling from Firozpur Cantt to Sabarmati when an argument with train attendant Zubair Memon over a requested bedsheet turned violent. Reports indicate that Memon allegedly pursued Chaudhary to his coach and fatally stabbed him in the leg. The severe bleeding led to Chaudhary’s demise. The Bikaner Railway Police acted swiftly, arresting Memon in connection with the shocking crime. This incident underscores the potential for minor disagreements to have devastating consequences.
